The products are manufactured to outer diameter (OD) sizes from 1/8" to 5", wall thickness (WT) from 0.028" to 0.300", lengths up to 20,000 meters, and meet the standards requirements of API 5ST, ASME SA269, ASME SA632, ASME SB423, ASME SB444, ASME SB704, EN 10216-5, API RP5C7, GB/T 34204, etc. The facilities include tubing welder, tube drawn bench, heat treatment furnace, vacuum bright annealing furnace, hydraulic universal testing machine, multi-roll high-precision straightening machine, eddy current flaw detector and so on, to ensure the reliability and stability of tubing material, dimensions, surface treatment and delivery condition for the unique requests of customers. |
